The minority investment by CAPZA and ISAI in the Group’s capital is part of the continuation of the strong growth momentum recorded by APL Data Center in 2025. This structuring transaction enables the Group to strengthen its equity and increase its investment capacity to support a new phase of development. APL Data Center thus intends to continue scaling up on larger projects, accelerate its geographic rollout in Europe and internationally, step up its R&D investments as part of the IMPACT 2027 strategic plan, while giving itself the means to seize new external growth opportunities.
