Driven by its Organic Design mission, APL Data Center adopts a dual approach: reducing the direct impact of its own activities and supporting its clients in managing those linked to their infrastructures. In this context, APL designs, builds and operates scalable, secure, efficient data centers that are integrated into their environment. This vision guides each of our interventions, from the initial design through to the end of life of the facilities.

APL’s CSR policy is part of a continuous improvement approach. It is based on recognised frameworks as well as a double materiality analysis, which enabled us to identify the most relevant issues for our company (and our stakeholders) and to prioritise our actions.

• Environmental: tackling climate change, optimising the use of resources, preventing pollution and preserving biodiversity.
• Social: preventing risks to employees’ health and safety, wellbeing at work, combating all forms of discrimination and developing skills.
• Governance and ethics: regulatory compliance and good business practices, quality of services and customer satisfaction, promoting sustainable development within our sphere of influence.
• Societal: sustainable innovation, local roots, and creating and sharing value.

Our CSR strategy is an integral part of our IMPACT 2027 strategic plan, which is built around four main operational pillars:

• Becoming a European pure player in our sector and establishing constructive dialogue with stakeholders across the ecosystem, in order to foster the integration of sustainable development issues into the value chain’s activities.
• Committing to delivering high-quality results, while also engaging our suppliers in a demanding and virtuous CSR approach.
• Delivering excellence through the expertise of our employees, notably by integrating CSR and HSE dimensions into our core areas of expertise.
• Attracting talent and growing together, with a focus on health, workplace safety and the social aspects of our CSR approach.
