Whistleblower procedure
APL DATA CENTER has put in place a professional whistleblowing system to detect, in accordance with the legislation in force, internal malfunctions and promote their
resolution.
Concerns that may be reported under the “whistleblower” system may relate to various matters, such as illegal conduct, a
financial malpractice, or a dangerous situation (for the company and its employees, for the public, or for the environment).
