APL Data Center accelerates its development in Europe and announces revenue of €114.9 million in 2025, up 84%

APL Data Center, a group specializing in consulting, engineering, and design-build of data centers, announces strong financial results for 2025, in a context of sustained growth in investments related to cloud, artificial intelligence, and Edge infrastructures. This dynamic is fully in line with the objectives of its IMPACT 2027 strategic plan. It accompanies a new phase of the group's development, marked by the minority entry of CAPZA and ISAI funds into its capital in April 2026.

Key Figures and Information:

  • Revenue of €114.9 million, up 84% compared to 2024, driven by the ramp-up of hyperscaler projects, artificial intelligence-related infrastructures, and the strong development of Edge and CEM projects carried out in 2025.
  • Net income of €6 million, an increase of 41%, reflecting the group's growing activities in the European digital infrastructure market.
  • €4.3 million invested in R&D, in line with the innovation ambitions of its IMPACT 2027 strategic plan.
  • 315 employees to date, with 50 recruitments made since the beginning of 2026.

A new phase of growth on a European scale

In 2025, APL Data Center strengthened its presence with hyperscalers and major cloud players, by participating in a growing number of critical and strategic projects across Europe, thus confirming its ability to support some of the market's largest digital infrastructures.

The group also continued its international development with the opening of a branch in Madrid. Intended to support growth in Southern Europe, this opening brings the number of international employees to over 27.

An operation that supports an already established trajectory

The minority entry of CAPZA and ISAI funds into the group's capital is in line with the strong growth momentum recorded by APL Data Center in 2025.

This structuring operation allows the group to strengthen its equity and increase its investment capacity to support a new phase of development.

APL Data Center thus intends to continue its ramp-up on larger-scale projects, accelerate its geographical deployment in Europe and internationally, intensify its R&D investments as part of the IMPACT 2027 strategic plan, while giving itself the means to seize new external growth opportunities.

Tristan Richard, CEO of APL Data Center, states: “2025 marks an important milestone in the development of APL Data Center. This year, we supported some of the most strategic and significant projects for the group, in a rapidly growing European market. The development of Edge infrastructures and artificial intelligence-related environments also contributed significantly to this dynamic. These results confirm the relevance of our positioning and our ability to operate on the most critical digital infrastructures.”

Robert Bouchard, Chairman of APL Data Center, concludes: “The results recorded in 2025 illustrate the solidity of our model and the relevance of our market positioning. The entry of CAPZA and ISAI into our capital now gives us the means to accelerate our development, strengthen our investment capabilities, and support increasingly strategic projects on a European scale. The momentum generated around Edge infrastructures and new uses related to artificial intelligence also constitutes a major growth driver for the years to come.”
