Context and objectives of the assignment

The airline entrusted APL with the project management for the renovation and rationalization of this data center.

Design and construction of new IT rooms, with a surface area of 1,000 m²
Improvement of service continuity: evolution toward Tier IV
Optimization of energy performance: target PUE below 2
Reduction of overall operating costs

Full-service project management in design and construction:

Audit of existing facilities and expression of needs
Technical and economic analysis of possible solutions (notably cooling and heat recovery systems)
Consultation and selection of various contractors
Preparation of a grant application for ADEME
Knowledge transfer to the teams in charge of site operations
