Context and objectives of the assignment

As part of the West Africa Regional Communications Infrastructure Program (WARCIP), the Republic of Togo is relying on APL to:

Build a new data center to offer high-quality hosting services to Togolese private and public sector players
Implement an Internet eXchange Point (IXP) to enable operators to exchange data with each other and reduce the cost of local telecommunications
Provide access to international bandwidth at a competitive rate

Project management for construction work: work supervision, project coordination and management, commissioning
Site enhancement support: certification implementation support, environmental protection, support for client equipment transfers
