Assist Casino's internal teams, responsible for managing these two old and critical IT sites, to:

Implement and document operating procedures according to best practices
Control operating costs and energy consumption
Plan, coordinate, and control preventive and curative maintenance operations

Management of contracts with multi-technical service providers and verification of the proper execution of their interventions
Planning of priority maintenance actions and studies to be carried out for the evolution of the two sites
