- Monitoring and assessing maintenance providers’ interventions and contracts

- Operations support: defining intervention protocols and updating operations documents, assessing interventions and providers’ contracts (with possible adjustments)
- Preventive and corrective maintenance: defining preventive maintenance plans, centralizing and processing alarms and calls 24/7 across all work packages, verifying compliance with procedures, and tracking interventions
- Energy optimization: monitoring temperatures, energy assessment (electrical and fluids), room layout planning
