Context and objectives of the assignment
- Guaranteeing the service continuity of data centers and secondary rooms
- Providing site maintenance for the following areas: electricity, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, fire detection and suppression, security (access control, video surveillance), cleaning and dusting of the raised floor plenum.
- Carrying out the necessary work or equipment replacements to optimize availability and energy efficiency

- Operational assistance: development of instructions and intervention procedures, planning and management of interventions
- Tailor-made preventive maintenance: definition of maintenance ranges, performance of capacity assessments, infrared thermography of IT racks and electrical cabinets, monitoring of the electrical consumption of each hosting rack...
- Carrying out repair, replacement, regulatory compliance, or technical and energy improvement work
- Corrective maintenance: remote site monitoring, corrective interventions with reduced response times (from 1 to 4 hours depending on the site)
- Annual operational report.
