Context and objectives of the assignment

The telecom operator and hosting provider relied on APL, as project manager, to deliver a new IT room designed to host Cdiscount’s IT infrastructure. The project was completed in three months at its Netcenter in Bordeaux.

Design a dedicated IT room for Cdiscount that meets its service continuity requirements (Tier 3 approaching Tier 4)
Manage the execution of all works
Carry out the works and replace certain equipment (UPS systems, circuit breakers, etc.) in an operational data center

Completed assignments

Design: studies, scheduling, budgeting, tendering and support with awarding works contracts
Delivery: management of works contracts execution, scheduling and site management, support during handover operations
