APL renews its EcoVadis gold medal
APL Data Center has once again been awarded the EcoVadis gold medal in 2025 with a score of 78/100, placing us in the top 2% of companies assessed by the platform in the “Architecture and Engineering Activities” sector.
EcoVadis assesses companies’ CSR performance in four key areas: environment, social and human rights, ethics, and responsible procurement. This new gold medal underscores our ongoing commitment to improving our CSR performance in our professional practices. This commitment is also part of our IMPACT 2027 strategic plan.
EcoVadis particularly noted the new initiatives implemented in 2025 in the four areas assessed.
Environmental dimension (top 6%)
- For our customers: provision of carbon footprint calculation programs or services, eco-design services, and information on the environmental impacts of projects.
- Internally: integration of a materiality analysis into sustainability reporting and improvement of reporting on Scope 1, 2, and 3 gross GHG emissions.
Social and human rights (top 3%)
- Combating discrimination and harassment in the workplace: training and awareness campaigns for employees, actions to promote the inclusion of employees with disabilities and prevent harassment, and measures to prevent discrimination from the recruitment stage onwards.
- Health, safety, and security at work: training employees in best practices, improving HSE reporting, and taking action to ensure the health and safety of non-salaried workers and other workers under contract on our premises.
Ethics (top 4%)
- Fighting fraud, corruption, and conflicts of interest: advanced policies, training and awareness campaigns, and creation of practical resources for employees.
- Cybersecurity and protection of confidential data: advanced information security policy and development of a procedure to manage incidents related to breaches of confidential information.
Sustainable purchasing (top 8%)
- Training of buyers on social and environmental issues in the purchasing process.
- Development of a purchasing policy that incorporates environmental criteria into the selection and evaluation of suppliers.
