Orange has a data center equipped with a direct free cooling system in Val de Reuil, France. The center was designed with the assistance of APL and houses four computer rooms, along with their equipment rooms. In two of these rooms, Orange wanted to add contained racks. APL was retained to manage the electrical and climate control power expansions needed to keep the new hardware in working order.

- Upgrade two computer rooms to accommodate new racks
- Increase electrical and climate control capacity
- Upgrade fire protection equipment and installations designed to monitor electrical and climate control systems
- Create a space reserved for third-party operators
