Pénélope Guy takes over as head of the Sustainable Digital Department at APL Data Center
APL Data Center, a company specializing in consulting, engineering, construction and support for data center operations, announces the appointment of Pénélope Guy as Director of the Neutreo department, its business unit dedicated to sustainable IT.
Pénélope Guy (46) has been appointed Director of APL Data Center’s Neutreo department, to steer and manage the implementation of the group’s sustainable IT assignments, and to develop its sustainable development offerings.
After graduating from Neoma Business School, Pénélope Guy began her career as a sales engineer at Viveris, a DSC specializing in the sale of IT consulting services. She specialized in issues related to green IT and took up the position of Marketing and Communications Manager at Dotgreen. She then became a WEEE consultant at Ecologic, where she helped companies with their responsible purchasing policies and the implementation of solutions for the collection and processing of electrical waste. Pénélope Guy then continued her career by joining Recyclea as a sales representative. There she provided IT equipment reuse and reconditioning solutions for clients in the public and private sectors.
After 15 years spent enhancing her expertise, Pénélope joined APL Data Center’s Neutreo department in 2021, as Sustainable IT Development and UGAP Market Manager. She now takes charge of this department.
