Air France wanted to completely renovate one of its data centers, which was created in 1977 and consolidated all of its development and hosting activities for applications that were of strategic importance to its business. The air carrier chose APL to manage the renovation and streamlining of this data center.

Auditing of existing systems and expression of needs
Technical and economic analysis of potential solutions, particularly for cooling and heat recovery systems
Soliciting and selecting companies to handle the works
Works management and program monitoring
Drafting and submission of a subsidy application to the ADEME
Transfer of responsibilities to the teams tasked with operating the site
